Don't worry, your models are interesting too, and they get nicer and nicer.

Only some models of Resources.blogscopia use textures.
But all of them use a MTL (like material) file to specify their colors and/or textures.
As Blender (and I think also AOI) are able to export OBJ files with their MTL file, it should be me much easier to create OBJ files with the correct colors.

You just kept an habit that you may loose from now
Sweet Home 3D can now import directly a ZIP file with the model it contains, and if this model needs a MTL file, you must import it from the ZIP file.
