I want to ask you some information bdfd. How many MB is your project? I see a lot of plants that usually have a size of many MB, and in this image I see a lot of them.
In my Azure Home project I tried to use climbing plants on the fence, and once I put them, when I tried to render at 1000xsmtg px, the render starts and then after some time ends without completing the image.
Once googling about the problem I discovered that maybe the problem was some object that I imported, but the problem disappeared when I remove all the climbing plants.

I hope my explanation is clear enough.
