You should have read *all* the comments at the beginning of the build.xml file http://sweethome3d.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sweethome3d/SweetHome3D/build.xml?revision=1.75&view=markup

It describes the different available targets and I think the one you're looking for is the target named "jarExecutable", isn't it?
