Interesting, absolutely, but probably far too advanced for the common user ( like myself). Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like your project is "tailor-made" for exactly these two camera positions. Moving the camera around requires quite a lot of editing to get a good shot.
Just mentioning: Your project has given me some entertaining hours in addition to some insight about the way you compose your remarkable images.
