I have tried twice now to download this software and the icon will not download so the software won't actually open and download it just sits in my download file.

I have tried opening it, but it just keeps closing. I removed it and tried again thinking maybe it had been corrupted in the download but it was the same thing.

Has anyone else had the same problem?
