Fixed it
deleted (from the lib sub-folder, inside Sweet Home 3d folder) j3dcore-ogl.dll
j3dcore-ogl-cg.dll
j3dcore-ogl-chk.dll

That worked like a charm on my computer, now the program runs 3d with no problem
