You could try with the attached model, and if it doesn't exactly match what you want, changed the RGB color values of [font=courier new]Kd[/font] setting (between 0. and 1.) and/or the transparency value of [font=courier new]d[/font] setting (between 0. fully transparent and 1. fully opaque) in the MTL file.
