Ceilings are not a specialty of SH3D, but you can create individual pieces for your ceilings.

There is also a plugin which multiplies a shape you create so you can cover a ceiling.

For immediate use, i just use good textures to give ceilings character. If you're doing a ceiling analysis though, or need to try out different styles, this isn't SH3D's forte.
