I assume that with a loft, you mean that you want to have a room with a "second floor". Unfortunately in SH3D you cannot draw second (or third) floors. However, there is [url=httphttp://sweethome3d.eu/multiLevelHouseGuide.pdf://]a tutorial[/url] that describes a good workaround.
