I replaced the [font=courier new]doorOrWindow...[/font] properties of an existing door by your properties and it worked correctly. I would suspect that you have Pokojove_dvere model in more than a SH3F file loaded by Sweet Home 3D, or maybe that you edited the properties of a SH3F file stored in private folders of Sweet Home 3D which is not a good idea.
Last idea: the number of the properties [font=courier new]...#...[/font] in PluginFurnitureCatalog.properties file must follow each other, i.e. if it doesn't contain the [font=courier new]name#5[/font] the model defined by [font=courier new]name#6[/font] won't be taken into account.
