You have a 3D dimension line hidden behind the shower. Please note that the versions of 3D dimension lines plugin prior to 3.1 break the rendering (if a 3D dimension line is in the scene). Please check if you have the latest version of the plugin. I recommend to use the Plugin manager with "check for updates" option enabled to keep all plugins updated.
