Okay, How do I sink one floor 4' into the ground as if part of the next floor, basically a bat cave with really high ceilings part of a high vaulted ceiling?
Or to put it another way:
I want to put 4 or more feet in the ground like a basement while 10 feet stay above the ground on par with the normal part of the house, can you help?
