Could you try to install Sweet Home 3D with the older version 1.5.2 of Java 3D with the command:using the following instructions:
- Press Windows + R keys
- Type "cmd" and press Enter key
- Drag and drop the icon of the installer SweetHome3D-7.1-windows.exe in the command window
- Type a space in the cmd window
- Copy "/j3d.version=1.5.2 /os.arch=x64" (without the quotes) and paste it in the cmd window
- Press Enter key

Maybe it will work better...
