It is not really my job but I've made some modifications to this plugin.
You could find it on Source Forge as RotateHome-1.3
I've try to update this plugin and I've added:
- support for polylines
- support for multiple levels
- some corrections for rotated items
Be carefully: it is full of bugs, so use it with care!
