You probably encountered a problem similar to MathiasSchumacher and mecamic2.
This looks like a recent regression in some browsers but as I found a workaround to fix this issue, a new version 7.5.2 of Sweet Home 3D JS and ExportToHTML5 plug-in was released today to distribute this bug fix.
