I was successful exporting from Sweet Home 3D to Unreal Engine by using Unreal Engine 5.4.4 with the Datasmith Twinmotion Content for Unreal Engine plugin via Twinmotion 2023.2.3. It seems that you need to use the latest versions of Twinmotion and Unreal Engine together and then you don't need the plugin but those kept crashing for me. The older versions work fine and the import includes all the textures.
