It would help if you tell us which operating system you use, what kind of hardware you have, etc.

Also, maybe you could show a picture of your problem? You can use www.mediafire.com to store the picture and then use the Image button to link to it.

Finally, you could upgrade to SH3D v2.5 and see if that solves the problem.
