Il parametro -Xmx indica che si consente a Sweet Home 3D di utilizzare 10 Gb di memoria. Se avete tutta questa memoria disponibile per Sweet Home 3D, allora non c'è alcun problema. Io ho -Xmx20g nel mio script di avvio su Linux con 64Gb di memoria nel mio computer.

The -Xmx parameter indicates that you allow Sweet Home 3D to use 10Gb of memory. If you have that much memory available for Sweet Home 3D then there is no problem. I have -Xmx20g in my startup script on Linux with 64Gb memory in my computer.
