Please verify inside of your plugin folder to not have multiple instances of it.
-Delete all GenerateRoof*.sh3p files under plugin folder
-Download and reinstall v.5.1 and try again
Usually Windows don't overwrite a file but change the name by adding (1), (2)... each time.
If error persist please run SH3D from terminal and put the output here.
