And of course you've read the user guide where it says how to install plug-ins for three different operating systems .....

And of course you also visited the Documentation page and read the special tutorial describing in detail how all the plug-ins work, how to install them, etc....

So, maybe you should describe in more detail what your problem is: which operating system, which version of Java and SH3D, etc.
