If you want to export just a single piece of furniture, you just put the one piece into the plan, and click on the export plan as obj format. Unfortunately, putting an entire program to make separate pieces of each furniture piece in a plan would be very intensive for a free program such as this. [:)]

And I'm not understanding the rest of your problems... did you say you can not copy and paste? If you highlight a piece of furniture or wall, and crtl + C ( to copy) it doesn't work?
