Sounds good to me.

I would suggest have the 20 most-recently-used show directly under the menu (as currently), and (only?) if the list >20 then have an additional "Show all points of view..." entry that brings up the dialog to select from the full list.
If there are less than 20 points in the list ...

The "Go to point of view" under the 3D View menu is capped at 41 entries on a 1080p screen. I have more than that, and can no longer access the least-recently-used ones beyond the cutoff. This menu should really scroll or wrap, but it doesn't. Is there any workaround? Plugin?
