UPDATE: I was able to remove teh errors above by using these:

sudo apt-get install libcanberra-gtk-module

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gtk-2.0/modules/libcanberra-gtk-module.so /usr/lib/libcanberra-gtk-module.so

sudo apt install appmenu-gtk2-module
sudo apt install appmenu-gtk3-module ...
