And another question... it's the week I ask everything on my mind [;)]
This is about the furniture list on the left side of the screen.
I already found out how to:
- add a new section
- add new items
- delete user's added items (don't know how to delete standard features, though)
My problem is ...

Re: Door that won't pierce the wall...?
If you want your door to work correctly without trying to find out its SVG shape , simply add a small threshold ( pas de porte in French) at its bottom to close it.
I did, it worked fine - once again, you saved my day with one sentence.

it's a known regression that will be fixed in the ...

Door that won't pierce the wall...?
Hi,
Here I am again, trying to import a .dae-file as a door, so that the feature would pierce the wall and leave the space inside itself empty.
And... it just won't work out [:(]
I tried different files using approximately the same form, and I'm guessing it's all about lines that aren't straight ...

How to insert a roof window?
Hi,
I've been using SW for some time now, and still think it's even better than some expensive softwares... It can do almost anything one might think of ;)
I'm only out of my depth when it comes to roof windows... Does anyone knows how to explain SW that a window is to be put on a non-vertical ...

Re: Where does SH save its .obj-list?
The categorization and other data is saved in the preferences.xml file found in this folder too.
Thank you :) I had hoped I could change the categorization of my objects directly in the backup list, but it seems that won't do either - no matter ;)
For my own information, does Sweet Home 3D ...

Re: Where does SH save its .obj-list?
Thank you very much [:)]
Other questions :
- On my computer, there are sub-folders named "textures" & "furnitures". Those are empty, while my 1.200 or so importations are all jammed into the main folder "Sweet Home 3D"
- everything seems to have lost it's categorization, textures & furnitures ...

Where does SH save its .obj-list?
Hello!
I'll have to change my computer quite soon, and so have to transfer all my data to another HD.
I'm looking for the file/place where Sweet Home saves all the objects and textures a user can add to the list... Who knows? [:-/]

File type .skp => .obj
Hi!
I need to use some 3d-Models that are not in obj. or in any of the type SW allows... the one I'm currently trying to import is a Sketchup-object, that is to say a .skp, which obviously wouldn't work [:(]
I was hoping somebody would know how to change the type of the file, how to convert .skp ...
