Oh also it will not let me uninstall SweetHome 3D keeps saying acess denied

I'm getting the same error and I have done nothing different to the file. I have the up to date version of Java and SweetHome 3D. I have no clue what to do!!!

I did read the FAQ's. I did try some of the suggestions. I did not increase memory. I still need to see if my video card drivers need to be updated. Thank you for your response, I greatly appreciate your time.
