what/which is the simplist programme/software to create 3d models of furniture for me as non cad user some experience with design workshop classic and little with sketchup

I want to design a television /home theatre cabinet,I am no cad specialist,how might I do this??,I have previously used (long ago) Design workshop classic,sketchup I don't like
