Re: How to update furniture within a scene after applying changes to the model?
Maybe you might put it onto your TODO-list to not forget about it, because this is a quite useful feature. [;)]

Re: How to update furniture within a scene after applying changes to the model?
<t>I see. And I also see you are a SH3D developer. What you think about storing a hash of every model and after updating a model trigger an update event that causes to automatically update all instances of a model used in the scene to be replaced by new instances of the new model version? Ain't that ...

How to update furniture within a scene after applying changes to the model?
<t>Hello,<br/>
<br/>
I am learning to create models in Blender which I then use with SH3D. My workflow is to build something in Blender, export as OBJ, import in SH3d and add it to a scene. I regularly find myself to modify the "something" that i built in Blender, re-export it as OBJ and change the ...

How to make sunlight from outside shine through window?
<t>Hello,<br/>
<br/>
on Youtube I watched a tutorial where the sunlight from outside shines through the Windows causing a reflection on the room ground. However, I can't seem to get this added to my Scene even though the renderer is configured to render best quality with no ceiling light at a ...

Re: How to create furniture with individually editable materials/textures/colors?
Ah, I see. You assumed correctly. So far I misuse walls to create furniture and then copy as new furniture since I am not able to use 3D modeling tools like Blender, 3DS Max or Maya.
I'll try what you suggested.

Re: How to create furniture with individually editable materials/textures/colors?
Would you mind to explain what you mean on an example to tell me "how to do it" which is what I asked for?

How to create furniture with individually editable materials/textures/colors?
<t>I am able to create a new furniture via the "copy as new furniture" option and importing it afterwards. However, I can't seem to figure out how to make every part of it individually texturable (assign different material/color) like with e.g. the cylinder object where I can edit the top-, bottom ...

How to create own textures library?
Hello,
I found the FurnitureLibraryEditor to create own furniture libraries, but how to create own texture libraries to import a library rather than every texture one by one?

Wie erstellt man eine partielle, verkleidete Mansarde?
<r>Hallo,<br/>
<br/>
