I'm on windows 10

Hi, I was just wondering what the possible cause of SH3D freezing up is. I can't close it or use task manager to exit the program. I would have to restart my pc to get it running again, and sometimes the file might not even open properly, freezing and have to restart again.

How do i send the file?

My system is Windows 10, Sweet Home 3d V. 5.4

How do I fix this? When I open my file, which is 58 mb, Sweet Home 3d reads it but then it crashes and exits. I've tried opening it by opening a new file, then open>recent home, but it still crashes. How do I fix this?
