Thank you hank! I can't change textures because the client need to have an exact "photo" of his houses to rent. That's why I have a heavy file and can't change it. But ill try that so I can see what happens. Thanks again.

There are like black pixels covering the textures in those objects, part of the objects some times, I always get this picture. why.

I did it, but the kitchen floor and stairs are still black, and the deck and the door too. let me show u one image of what i see.
