Ah!!! That was it, when importing the .dae file, SH3D came up with a width measurement of 77" instead of 194.4" ( 16.2' ) for example. I don't know where the import measurements came from, but paying attention to them and correcting at least one of the values fixed my problem. Perfect answer. Thanks ...
