Low poly plant ideas

<t>I am using SweetHome3d to create a layout for a Home Assistant card. One part of my layout is a garden. I am having issues with the size of my object created in the export as it is much too large for the Home Assistant process. I am going to attempt to simplify many of my object polygons. However ...

Re: Viewing levels in 3d view from same position

just seen the entries in the Home file in sh3d. I can see the co-ords I have been using so will save a person view and edit. See if that works.

Re: Viewing levels in 3d view from same position

<t>I will give that a go. However, it would be nice to not have to recreate every photo again (there are many lighting and open\closed door combinations that I did for the ground floor). Sso is it possible to get the co-ordinates/tilt of the aerial view and manually move the virtual person to those ...

Viewing levels in 3d view from same position

<r>I am building a floorplan of my house for a Home Assistant floorplan implementation. <br/>
<br/>
There are 2 floors and this requires a photo of each. For the ground floor, I created a photo using aerial view (a little to the side to show the 3d view of the house) and stored the point of view ...

Issue with object files import

<r>I realise that there are several threads for this subject but I haven't found anything that solved my issue.<br/>
<br/>
I have Obj files I have created in Blender myself, some Blend files I have downloaded as Blender files from Sketchfab plus some that I have downloaded from places such as CG ...

sign with frosted logo and led lights behind...

<r>I am creating a floor plan that includes lighting features that will reflect smart home actions such as turning lights on.<br/>
<br/>
I am using Sweet Home as it seems perfect for a simplified plan. However, I would like one of my lights to be a little more true to life. I have a perspex circular ...

Re: Rooms out of shape after many wall changes

Thanks. Deleting points was useful (not done that before) and also did not realise that either double clicking mis-aligned corner points or dragging would automatically re-align with existing walls. Much neater now thanks.

Rooms out of shape after many wall changes

<t>Having done numerous changes in my first project, including recreating walls to ensure different levels are aligned correctly, most of my room shapes are slightly misshaped in relation to the walls.<br/>
<br/>
I realise that double clicking in rooms will create the correct shape. However, I have ...

Align outer walls of 2 levels

<t>New user and have just created a plan with 2 levels, representing the 2 storeys of my house.<br/>
<br/>
Due to my poor drawing of lines, there are minor discrepancies with the outer walls of my 2 levels where these should be identical. Unsurprisingly, this looks slightly strange on the outer 3d ...
