May be obvious to others but with v6.5.2 I used the above and it was easy.

Create a room with 4 walls.
Set the wall height to 2 or 3 inches.
Change the test of the wall both sides to bricks. (may not look perfect but helps.)
Add a room by selecting the room tool and double clicking inside the walls ...
