I honestly think i can turn the kitchen into a bedroom. I don't need to move the water main, i just need to have 2 water lines plus the drain run under the current kitchen over to the living room. I can raise the floor to do that. I'll get a small kitchen plus one small living room and that's that.

I think the kids can sleep into the same room for a while.

Thing is my sister slept into the living room till we got big. And we never had issues with that. My parents had a tv into their bedroom and i never watched tv, i used my pc when i got home. (I was usually outside playing soccer from morning till dusk).
