There is a bug in the Collada file of that model, and I reported it.
As I'm not sure that the corrupted .dae file will be released again one day, I changed the management of .dae files in Sweet Home 3D to ignore silently the missing data. That might lead to some missing parts in the imported objects but at least, it won't fail completely.
