Directory location of library?

Just installed the version 6.3 on Linux Mint 19.3. Read through this thread but
-my "About dialog box, then click on the Libraries... button" does not show a "Libraries" button.
-opened the texture editor, it shows no library. Not in .eteks , not anywhere. But opening the main program it uses some obviously inbuild textures. Where are they? How can I show them in the texture editor?
