Now, the bricks will be laid out... I have to decide how the door and window will be constructed and the measurements of it.

I plan to use all metal doors and windows using hollow steel and steel sheets, if possible, but I should consult with the door builder first.

I plan to use pivot hinge for the door, without door frames.

Consulting with an experienced builder is always a good idea and can save you a lot of costs and trouble later. [:)] ok

Aug 15, 2018 Some part of walls already laid with bricks (AAC bricks) up to the window's lower rail position (80cm from floor). First photo is from West side, kitchen window. Second photo is from North side.

The bricks is not so nicely layered, but it's OK, it will be covered with plasters.

You can not compare the way how we build houses in Europe and the way how they build houses in other parts of the world.
What do you think why it is so expensive to build a house here in Europe?

First thing to note, they're not an building enterprise or contractor, I just hire the men, so they will use simple method with simple tools...
