Maybe... 3D rendering preview problem
Hello,

Sometimes when I open an house file, the levels preview (top right pane) show me all the furniture in thumbnails, instead of the objects themselves.

Other times it show me the correct view. (no changing in "Preferences")

I've already reinstalled the software several times, and it keeps doing that...
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,
My Best Regards

Could you share an image of this issue?

Re: Maybe... 3D rendering preview problem
Hello and thank you for the support,

I'm showing below the prints of the problem.

Other info which might be helpful:
I'm using the version Sweet Home 6.3 / Java 1.8.0_202 32bit
and I have extra installed for Furniture and Textures editor purposes:
-Java Version 8 update 281 (build 1.8.0_281-b09)

(the built-in java in the Program didn't work for me)

I believe the extra Java version 8 is not the problem because
I did a rollback in the Windows 7 restore points to before
the Java installation and the problem remained.

Usually shows this:

After a few restarts of Sweet Home and sometimes
the computer, shows the correct image, like this:

Re: Maybe... 3D rendering preview problem
The ability to compute top view images depends on whether your computer is able to handle offscreen images or not, but I didn't know that it could vary overtime!
As you use the 32 bit version, maybe you could try the DirectX version as explained here.
