confused   Stairs don't reach the wall height
I created a 2-level structure with doors on the second level. 8 foot walls. When I try to add the Exterior Stairs, they do not match the wall height. When I adjust the height, I get huge railings. A straight stair will fit correctly, but I need the landing at the top.

Thanks!

Re: Stairs don't reach the wall height
I tried the staircase generator, but it doesn't allow for an upper landing. Otherwise, the stair fit well enough.

I also had the same problem. I made every step of the stair and landing manually using the box. I picked the box, kept the length 36", thread 10" and riser 6" and with different elevation for every stair I built my own and later grouped all together.

The Staircase Generator does have an option for staircase with landing, doesn't it? Tweaking the numbers therein, you can put the landing at the top:

Straight with Landing showed me a Bottom landing, so I passed it up. Will have to work with it more. Thanks!

Re: Stairs don't reach the wall height
Hello,
Newbie here. Just bought the software today.
I'm looking for a stair with a landing almost like the picture except with the rail on one side.
My question is where do I find the stair generator? Is it an add on?
Thanks very much.

The Staircase generator is a plug-in available here.
