How can I select all walls (to change thickness)
Hello,

I have built my whole home and realised that I have my brick wall thickness (depth) incorrect (all internal walls are brick).

Can I select JUST the walls and change their thickness in one go? This is important because it is effecting the dimensions of various rooms and placement of various doors etc.

I have been able to select individual walls for modification, but was wondering if there was a simpler way.

Thanks.

A

The simplest way is to click in the plan to bring focus into it, choose the Edit > Select all menu item, then select Plan > Modify walls. Nevertheless, if you already place doors and windows on walls, you will have to move them a little forward and backward so they adapt their depth to the new wall thickness.

And the fastest way is to use CTRL-A, then right-click and select Modify walls.

oh awesome, thanks for the quick and helpful reply, that sounds great :-) i knew there'd be a quicker way than i was using! and no worries about the windows and doors, there's less of them than the walls ;-)
