How to change overall size? I received a plan of a flat which was said to be exactly 1:100. So I - imported it as background - created the rooms to match the background size And found that the room sizes all did not exactly match the ones I had been given. I then actually measured some walls. I turns out thta everythin in reality is slightly bigger than on the plan - the scan I started out with is not 1:100 but 1:107,56. It is easy to change the size of the background image, but how can I change the size of all rooms to match? I grouped everything but I only can move the group against the background I do not find a way of adapting the size of the whole group. Is there a way of achieving this without redrawing all rooms? |

Re: How to change overall size? There is a plugin (described in Hansmex' plugin guide) that allows various advanced editing features - resizing being one. The plugin is very useful, but be careful to save your work as the results sometimes can be a bit strange. IF you have several levels, you may also want to try the latest beta of SH3D where you can select across levels. Just tried resizing a multiple level design to 107,5% and it worked like a charm.... ok |
