Program goes black When installing the new version (5.3 and 5.4) of sweet home to open the second after it goes to black, I use win vista and updated java, I do not know what I can do, I hope someone can help me ... |

Re: Program goes black Do you mean that the whole window is black, or only the 3D view (the part at the bottom right)? There was a major change on the management of the 3D view between version 5.2 and 5.3. Re: Program goes black The program window if it opens, maybe 2 seconds pass and the notebook screen goes black and the program is closed The version 5.2 works perfectly everything, is when I do the update I appeared the problem |

Re: Program goes black I had the same problem with a computer of 2010 (it had to stay in 4.6 !!!).  This was due to the opengl and directx drivers.  Try updating them if you have not already done so. Verify java update. What year is your notebook, your OS ? Re: Program goes black Hello, bdfd Good look for both drivers and only appears directx 11 Java version 8 update121 My notebook is from 2007 win vista home basic 32 bits Always try to have everything updated the only guy who does not want to update is adobe I do not know what else can I tell you a weird problem, right? |
