Interaction between Java Web Start version and installer version When I launch Sweet Home 3D with Java Web Start, I cancel the message "An association already exists with the extension .sh3d. Do you want to replace it? The association is currently used by C:\Program Files\Sweet Home 3D\SweetHome3D.exe" . After closing the Java Web Start version, if I double-click on the Sweet Home 3D desktop icon I have this error message "Impossible to launch the application. Name: Sweet Home 3D Publisher: Location: http://www.sweethome3d.com" . In the Start menu, the eTeks Sweet Home 3D folder contains 2 files named Sweet Home 3D. The first launches the installer version and the second displays the above error message. To reuse the desktop shortcut normally I need to reinstall SweetHome3D-5.7-windows.exe. After that, impossible to laucnh the beta version 6.0 even if the name of the desktop icon or file in the Start menu is different (Sweet Home 3D 6.0 Beta). I get the same error message as before with the name of the beta version. ---------------------------------------- EnkoNyito |

Re: Interaction between Java Web Start version and installer version I removed the offline tag and the extension associations in the JNLP file for the Beta 2. Hope this will help... ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
