Hmm... looks like you actually want Section Planes, or Slices. (Unfolding would be too much to expect for an Interior Design program.) It probably would be a nice addition to SH3D, but perhaps not too many users.
You can try exporting to Freecad . See this page: Yorik's guest blog - around halfway ...

Re: terrain bumpy?
Export OBJ. Open in (both free) Blender (Blender3d.org) or Wings3d (wings3d.com). Play with the sculpt tools in either. When you're happy, Re-export as OBJ and import into SH3D as furniture.
Or, when you're happy with the house in SH3D, export everything as OBJ, and tweak the program in either ...

Re: Wall projection for electricity
Hi. I'm also a sort of newbie to SH3D, but I really can't understand your problem.
As Hans explained in the other post of yours, you can export 2d plans to SVG. These seem decent enough, from my trials (Doors have, perhaps, an extra line, which you can delete in another program.)

Re: New plugin version: Advanced plan editing 1.1
Hi starrunner,
I'm back to square one (my computer) with the plugin not working. (Maybe, somehow, Oracle Java installed by OpenOffice) is causing problems.) I tried opening the SH3D.jar kindly supplied by Puybaret from the console (commandline - is that right). But that does not give any message ...

Re: new plugin ready to use - duplicate style plugin
Actually, on thinking it over, I disagree with you on both points [:D]
It would be awkward if I had a sloping wall (with a colour on one side) sloping the wrong way. And, if, using "Reverse Walls", it was flipped on both X and Y axes.
Of course, it would be nice if "Reverse Walls" had the option ...

Can confirm this here too. Select only one wall. Push any of the "origin" buttons and, first the screen display turns weird, then it freezes.
Additionally, the Width is displayed as "0".

Re: New plugin: Advanced plan editing
Hmm, well I tried it on another computer and it works fine (almost). The only problem seems to be the "Join walls" does not join the nearest points on the selected walls. Instead it joins (I think) the endpoint of 1st wall to starting point of 2nd wall.
Also, it would be nice if input dimensions ...
