I have SweetHome3D 5.41 on Linux 64bit, launched via an icon. I have downloaded and unpacked 5.7 into a folder in 'Downloads' but I cannot see how to update the launcher icon so that it points to the latest version of the program. Thanks. I've DL'd the 64bit tarball and extracted it to a new directory, but there is no ReadMe file and the ./configure, make and make install commands in Terminal don't seem to be recognised when run against the new directory. How do I install it without Package Manager, please?
