Hi to all! Can somebody explain me how to get white ceil that reflects the light. I mean usually white surface reflects a light when there is any (even indirect) light source. So I draw a room, place ceil lamp (square one by MineaCristian from 'base' furniture library), but shadow are black opaque. Like my ceil absorbs all light... Here is little pic (you can see black ceil despite pretty bright lamp): Rendered with yafaray direct light+AO, AA=2, silk I've tried to choose white color for ceil, switch to shiny, but no luck... But with glossy shader shiny ceil is like black mirror...
Or should I use only path lightning method for desirable results?
