How to Render with Flat Colors, like a Material ID?

Is there a way to render materials or objects just in flat colors, like in Sketchup (image below), so i can use the magic wand selection in a image editor software?
The reason i want to do this is to make post-processing easier in complex scenes.
Thx!

You could try this:
- select all in your home
- export the selection to OBJ format
- edit the MTL file where you'll change the number following illum by 0 to get lines illum 0
- import the exported OBJ file as a piece of furniture in a new Sweet Home 3D project
- go to the point of view you want and create a photo

Thank you. I also had to also change the materials to just flat colors to make it exactly like the image, if any one tries to do the same. Also, to not lose your project by changing all the materials, just save as a new one and do those steps. After that, the masks works like a charm.
