Re: Replace light sources plug-in
Enko,
Could you explain in more detail how the plugin works? I tried to select (highlight) a lamp in the furniture list, then select (highlight) several lights (light source and lamp)in the 2D window, then activate the plugin. Nothing happens.
Which light sources should be selected first? and How? Which light sources (or lamps) can be selected? Which lights (light sources or lamps) can be replaced?

Re: Replace light sources plug-in
Hans,
The plug-in is compatible with SweetHome3D-6.5 and higher because it uses the new setLightSources method.
This version 1.2 no longer takes into account the selection of light sources from the furniture catalog (CatalogLight class). It only takes into account the selection of light sources from the plan or from the furniture list (HomeLight class).
Detailed guide: 1- Add to the plan a lamp with integrated light source (SweetHome3D library or personal light library) 2- Add in a corner of the plan or in a specific level a light source model (SweetHome3D light sources or light spheres that I created) 3- Select the lamp whose sources you want to modify and the light source model whose color you want to use 4- In the Tools menu, click on the plug-in action (this can be canceled in several times) 5- A message is displayed: "No light source model !" or "No visible light selected !" or "Light sources replaced." 6- Uncheck the Visible box of the light source model modification panel or make the specific level non-viewable 7- Make a photo rendering in quality 3 or 4 to see the result
The default photo panel does not take into account (for the moment?) the colors of negative value (#FF8000).
taking into account the lightSourceMaterialName# property
note: the default photo panel does not take into account some colors
User's guide: 1- Select a light or a group of lights in the plan (with integrated light sources) 2- Select a light source in the furniture table (default catalog, LightShapes library, OtherLightTypes library) 3- Click on the action of the plug-in "Replace light sources"
