New addition to my home can I submit to an engineer
I used sweet home 3D to do the draft drawing of an extension that will be added to my current house I completed six different drawings one of them include the main floor plan, east side view, west side view, piling Map, Cross section view, location of the addition on the current lot survey All these drawings are done with the exact dimensions and the dimensions are included in the drawings Can I submit it is drawings to an engineer to review and certify? If there is any way to Print the finalize the draft drawing using sweet home 3-D before I submit them to the engineer? Is there is any way I can post my drawings to get your feedback Thank you for your help Are you greatly appreciated Thank you

1 - Printing Of course you can print. Use File -> Page Setup then File Print or Print to PDF (in case you need larger than A4/Letter size paper). 2 - Submit to engineer Of course you can. NOTE: I assume you have to comply with local regulations. This is not the forum for instructions of that kind... 3 - Check out this post on how to share your design.

Thanks for your reply I am familiar with the codes I just want to make sure that the draft drawing has the basic features and the measurements that are usually required for the engineer to make decision as to certify or not Can I attach a file for you to have a look at? Thanks
