[English] 0,0 shown top left is shown when you start a new project in Sweet Home 3D but it doesn't mean you have to start your plan there. Place an object and drag it with the mouse outside the shown bounderies and the rulers top and left will show where you are. You could draw your plan starting at 50000,-50000 if you want to. Just move the first object there and the rulers will show where you are.

[English] Why is this so important? 0,0 is just a position on the grid in your 2D plan, nothing more. You can choose 0,0 or any other point as the point where you start your plan. It doesn't make a difference for the total plan. (Unless you are creating furniture and export to for example Blender. In that case it's important to have your object at 0,0 because that is where Blender starts displaying. Within Sweet Home 3D it doesn't make a difference.) The grid and numbers are only to relate distances and dimensions between parts of your plan. You don't see any numbers in the 3D pane because it's irrelevant. Check the preferences to set your preference for units (mm, cm, imperial, etc.).
