The care village was commissioned by a consortium of universities and, of course, some care holdings. It is to be implemented in Bavaria near Augsburg. The basic idea was:

A completely energy-passive real estate village consisting of ecologically oriented and resource-conserving units with all the usual and modern care models in the care sector as well as administration and education:

6. administration, integration operations and offices
7. residential complex and boarding house
8. bistro, roof terraces, inner courtyard and educational and sustainable garden concepts
9. spa and therapeutic facilities, medical practice, pool, saunas, gym, physiotherapy
